▪ THAI Male only with college or higher degree.

▪ Min. 1 year direct experience as Chief Steward in a first class hotel.

▪ ‪Good communication skills and interpersonal skills at all levels.‬

▪ ‪Fair command of spoken and written English.‬

▪ ‪Good leadership skills.‬

▪ ‪Able to coach staff to improve their skills and performance.‬

▪ Knowledge of inventory, budgeting, cost control and productivity concepts.

▪ Follow up a proper equipment storage system in order to minimize the loss and breakage.

▪ Critical competencies: supervisory skills, resource management, planning, problem solving, quality focus, hygiene

awareness.
