Pastry chef (Expat)
Demonstrate creative baking and decorating skills while leading and training the team to improve results while managing pastry kitchen to meet all quality, hygiene & operating standards with understanding of HACCP. Works to continually improve guest satisfaction and maintaining the operating budget.
- Male or Female
- Culinary school background
- Minimum 4 years experience in similar position
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- Excellent in Pastry, Food ingredient and trends (knowledge and skill)
- Very good creative skills to enhance buffet presentations
- Experience with HACCP Standard
- Computer literate
- Friendly & professional relationship with all staff and management
- Energetic, hands-on, result oriented, motivated
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills
- Mature, professional outlook.
- Able to co-ordinate the day to day pastry kitchen operation and works under the Executive Chef.
