and Executive Pastry Chef Lionel Bonnaud.
Chef Jaume is a dedicated and talented chef who possesses true flair and creativity with considerable experience in all cuisines. Before joining the Rembrandt, he has been working as an Executive Chef at five stars, high-end luxury resorts and restaurants around the world including Michelin-stars restaurants Drolma in Barcelona, El Raco de Can Fabes, La Ciboulette Restaurant, Luculo, Dusit Thani Maldives, Soneva Kiri Resort and Soneva Fushi.
After 30 years of experience in kitchens around the world, he embarked on the challenge of working in Thailand to learn its food and style. From Spain, he has taken the skills and knowledge of different cuisines and adapted these to the produce of Thailand, by offering a healthy and mouthwatering cuisine prepared with fresh and organic ingredients. The award-winning Spanish Chef will arrive on Monday, April 15th to strengthen the Rembrandt’s culinary team.

Executive Pastry Chef, Lionel has been involved in the hospitality industry for over ten years with exceedingly diverse exposure. He has a wealth of knowledge about all things pastry and an obvious passion for his creations.
Other experiences Lionel has acquired through a number of five stars hotels, including Grand Hyatt Mumbai, The Constance Halaveli Resort Maldives, The Dusit Thani Lake View Egypt, The Chedi Chiang Mai, three Michelin-stars Le Jardin Des Sens Hotel & restaurant and much more.
