Rang Mahal welcomes back the eight courses dinner, Modern Degustation Menu, a modern Indian dinner served with exclusive international wines including France, Chile, South Africa, Thailand and much more.
Diners will enjoy the award-winning Northern Indian Cuisine of Rang Mahal with modern techniques applied to classic dishes such as Tandoori prawns, Goan Soup, Masala Crusted Scallops, Seared Foie Gras with Fennel Seed and much more. Each dish is paired with the specially selected wines.
