The highlight of this wine dinner will be an illustrious 6 top South African wines including 3 wines joining from the charity driven Joy range.
Meet and greet Tymen himself during canapés poolside while enjoying several wines from the Joy range; sparkling, sauvignon blanc and a cab/merlot. All this followed by a family style dinner at the da Vinci restaurant featuring Anura Chardonnay, Rosé, and Pinotage/Syrah.
Guests will enjoy a selection of a tomahawk of grain fed Angus beef, South African style sausage, Rooibos tea smoked salmon, creamy truffle mashed potatoes, Anura Shiraz and red onion reduction, homemade grain beer mustard and much more.

Tymen Bouma has developed the family farm from the original 2 blocks of vineyards into 150 hectares of vines, with a production potential of 700 tons, over 10 years. Thailand’s Anura distributor, Central Wine Cellar, will also donate 30 THB per bottle sold from the Joy range to Father Joe’s Mercy Center, an organization that works with HIV children and orphans to provide education, medicine and loving care.
